{"id":15608,"date":"2016-07-20T12:35:43","date_gmt":"2016-07-20T10:35:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/caen-new.filanda.it\/bridge-fp6\/"},"modified":"2021-12-06T12:48:23","modified_gmt":"2021-12-06T11:48:23","slug":"bridge-fp6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/caen-new.filanda.it\/en\/bridge-fp6\/","title":{"rendered":"BRIDGE &#8211; FP6"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>BRIDGE<\/strong> (Building Radio Frequency IDentification for the Global Environment) is a European Union funded 3-year Integrated Project addressing ways to resolve the barriers to the implementation of <strong>RFID<\/strong> in Europe, based upon <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epcglobalinc.org\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>GS1 EPCglobal<\/strong><\/a><strong> standards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The project consists of a series of business, technical development and horizontal activities. Seven Business work packages have been set up to identify the opportunities, establish the business cases and perform trials and implementations in various sectors including anti-counterfeiting, pharmaceuticals, textile, manufacturing, re-usable assets, products in service and retail non-food items.<\/p>\n<p>The project includes an important research and development program in various aspects of RFID hardware, software, network and security. A series of horizontal activities will provide training and dissemination services, enabling the adoption of the technology on a large scale in Europe for the sectors addressed by BRIDGE and beyond.
